Windsong III is a neighborhood of very large lots, most of which have their own docks. The community docks are a bare-bones affair but a perfectly useful asset for the neighborhood. A common area has a screened-in pavilion and a grill. There is no hardware on the dock, and the fingers are a little wobbly, but as I said, it’s a perfectly useful asset.
Windsong III is a very remote community, easily 30 miles to either New Bern or Washington. A Super Walmart and a Food Lion are about 15 miles away in Grantsboro. And restaurants, well, good luck. Plan your shopping carefully.
