Strictly speaking, Haystacks doesn’t qualify to be included here. The rules require you to keep a boat in the water, or it’s a day dock. I had to draw the line somewhere to make this effort manageable. But I’m leaving this one in because it was close, and the homeowners had just voted to make the facility a day dock shortly before I arrived.
It appears that units come in 2 sizes: 2 BR 2 BA at 1600 sq ft and 3 BR 3 BA at 1900. The smaller units are one story, and the larger units are 3 stories. There are no elevators. Some of the smaller units have formal dining; all of the larger units do. There are no fireplaces.
The docks are minimal but perfectly adequate for a community facility.
