Dockside is a 7-story condominium complex overlooking Harbor Channel and Sugarloaf Island, sitting at the eastern end of Morehead City. Units come in three sizes, 2 BR 2 BA 1318 sq ft, 3 BR 2 BA 1620 sq ft and penthouse units which are 2 stories on the 6th and 7th floors which are 3 BR 4 BA at 2400 sq ft. Some units have gas fireplaces; some do not. Parking is provided in an uncovered lot on the north side of the building. The complex has 2 pools: one indoor and heated, and one outdoor. It also has a sauna, a hot tub, an exercise room, grills, and a picnic area.
Ownership comes with a membership to the Dockside Yacht Club and Marina. Short of fuel and haul-out, the marina is very well equipped with utility pedestals, dock boxes, and full fingers with corner gussets. The docks are floating with concrete slab surfaces. Specific slips are conveyed with the real estate, but it’s unclear if they are deeded or assigned.
