Beaufort Landing Townhomes is one of three neighborhoods along Taylor Creek that share the name Beaufort Landing. Beaufort Landing Townhomes, the middle of the three, consists of roughly 40 dwellings in clusters of 4 and 5 units. According to the tax records, it is actually a condo complex.
