With this website I am striving to build a comprehensive directory of all the neighborhoods, condominiums and townhouses in Eastern North Carolina with marinas or docks as part of their neighborhood amenities. Did I find them all? Doubtful. Is all the information complete? Far from it. But now there is a structure, a vessel into which all this information can be poured. And I hope, in time, it will get better and better.

Listings for individual homes with private docks are imported from the Multiple Listing Service, along with beach properties.
