1205 Canal Drive is a 4-unit complex with three floors above ground-floor parking; no elevator. The docks consist of two floating sections that serve 2 boats, one on each side, with 3 piles on the outside of each slip. Slips will accommodate boats up to 55 feet each. The walkways to the boat have an unusual curved design, and a pavilion sits in the middle.
The property is located on the eastern side of the Carolina Beach basin, looking west (Sunsets!). The beach is just a couple of blocks to the east. You’re close to Snow’s Cut, which leads to the Cape Fear River. To the north is the Carolina Beach Inlet and blue water, and to the south is the end of Masonboro Island. The inlet isn’t dredged and can be tricky to navigate, especially when tidal currents are running strong.
