619 Chanel Drive contains 2 units. One unit comprises the entire first floor (1,408 square feet) and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second and third floors combine to form the second unit, totaling 2,872 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. An elevator serves only the second- and third-floor units. That will have to be determined. Each unit gets 2 boat slips, with additional slips available. I’m not familiar with how it’s used. The dock is simple, with little more than cleats, but it is in good shape.
These condos are just a block west of the beach. They are about a mile south of Snows Cut, which leads to the Cape Fear River. The Carolina Beach Inlet is another 2 miles north and opens to the ocean. The Inlet is not dredged and can be tricky, particularly when tidal currents are running strong.
