Allen’s Landing is a small subdivision consisting of 5 lots in the Porter’s Neck area of Wilmington off Page’s Creek. One property is waterfront and has its own private dock. The remaining four properties share a community dock with one 25-foot slip each. Gangways access a wide deck with two floating docks. Boats are tied off on either side of the two floating docks.
Page’s Creek, where the docks are located, is fairly narrow and shallow. Coming in and out at low tide may be tricky.
Page’s Creek is directly behind Figure Eight Island, which is private and gated. The restaurants along the waterway at Wrightsville Beach are about 4.4 miles south of Page’s Creek. Masonboro Inlet and the north end of Masonboro Island will be another 3 miles on.
