Ariel Cove is a three-lot subdivision on the southern bank of Bradley Creek. The lots are 0.8 to 0.69 acres. Each owner gets two 30-foot slips on a common dock on Bradley Creek. I couldn’t inspect the docks, but the photos clearly show floating docks with full fingers. Four of the docks have fingers on both sides of the slip; two in the middle of the dock are doubles. There is a covered pavilion. And there are three utility pedestals.
The location puts you about 1/2 a mile from the intracoastal waterway and about 1.25 miles from the restaurants along the waterway at Wrightsville Beach. It’s a little over 2.5 miles to Masonboro Inlet and the north end of Masonboro Island, with its 7.5 miles of undeveloped beaches.
