Arringdale Condominiums is a triplex on Wrightsville Beach’s Lumina Avenue facing Banks Channel. The 3 condos are arranged with one on each end of the building and one in the middle. Each condo has 3 stories, including a ground floor used for parking. The end units are 1364 square feet, 3-bedroom, 2-bath; the middle unit is 1267 3 bedroom 2 bath. Both floor plans have 2 bedrooms on the second floor and one on the third floor, along with a kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The docks have a single floating platform, 50 feet long, with an aluminum gangway and boats tied off parallel on each side. There are two power lifts installed. The docks appear to be well maintained. A pavilion with a picnic table provides a place to relax.
The Arringdale Condominium docks are on Banks Channel south of the Causeway bridge, so there is no 8-foot height restriction to get under the bridge. The docks are less than a mile and a half from the intracoastal waterway and about an equal distance from Masonboro Inlet and the north end of Masonboro Island. This 7.5-mile-long undeveloped barrier island can be accessed in several locations off the intracoastal waterway.
Community participation in the docks is strong.
