This is a unique and wonderful situation: 5 properties sitting on a peninsula that is nearly an island. The community has 9 deep-water slips and a ramp, all owned in common. The owners pay no association fees. Instead, they lease the unused slips, and the income generated is used to maintain the docks. All have water, and power can be added as needed. They can accommodate boats up to 50 feet. Most are fixed; one is floating.
