The property has 24 slips and is in a great location near the Carolina Beach Yacht Club, where fuel and pump-out are available. It is also close to the Carolina Beach Inlet and Snow’s Cut, which connects the Intracoastal Waterway to the Cape Fear River. The docks are at the end of a renovation. Plastic planks cover the deck surface, which may or may not be attached, and they feel a little rickety. There is some sloping here and there where floats may be failing.
