Eagle Point is a 9-parcel subdivision at the south end of a little peninsula southeast of the Eagle's Nest Golf Club. It is in the Porter's Neck area of northeast New Hanover County. Lots are about 0.3 to 0.5 acres. Houses range from about 2400 to 3800 square feet. Almost all houses are marsh front; waterfront would be a stretch, but each lot has a slip on the common dock.
