The Edgewater Condominiums are a quadruplex overlooking the Banks Channel on Wrightsville Beach. Each unit is on one floor, with two units side by side. All the units are 3-bedroom, 2-bath, and 1552 square feet. The docks consist of a floating “U” shaped platform with two slips in the middle and two on the outside. The fingers are 25 feet long. They are accessed from a fixed deck via an aluminum gangway. Three of the slips are equipped with power lifts.
The property is between the two bridges that access Wrightsville Beach, both of which have a vertical clearance of 8 feet, which would prohibit larger vessels from entering. The docks are about a mile and a half from the intracoastal waterway and 2 miles from Masonboro Inlet and the north end of Masonboro Island, a 7.5-mile-long undeveloped barrier island accessible at several locations off the intracoastal waterway.
Community use of the docks is strong.
