Money Island Townes is an 8-unit complex with two sets of buildings, with four dwelling units in each. The two buildings were built at different times and are of different designs. The building to the west was built in 1982. Each of the units in that building is 1120 square feet on two floors, 2-bedroom, 2-bath. The cluster of four units to the east is 1,428 square feet, with three stories, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths.
Owners dock their boats parallel to a floating boardwalk, and there do not appear to be assigned spaces. Water appears to be the only utility.
No units have been listed through the Multiple Listing Service, and I couldn’t find floor plans in the public records, so detailed information is scarce at this time.
