North Creek Landing is a subdivision with 21 lots, all waterfront along a tributary of the Pamlico River called Ashton Gut. Most of the houses (I could only count seven finished) have their own docks, but there is also a picnic area and a common dock with 21 slips and a ramp. This is a perfectly good facility for smaller boats. There is a small park area near the docks with a picnic table and a very nice fish-cleaning station. Notably, 60% of this subdivision remains undeveloped.
North Creek Landing is remote. It’s 10 miles from Bath, NC, the nearest town of any size, and 25 miles from Washington, NC. The nearest grocery store would be the Food Lion on BelHaven, NC. If you want something very secluded, you might want to take a closer look.
