Olde Towne is a 25-unit condominium complex on a point along the Trent River, which flows north into the Neuse. The complex was built in the early 80s and has a very 80s contemporary feel. They have decks off the living area overlooking the river and marinas. Because they are staggered and arranged along a point, they should all have excellent views. They vary in size, but in all the past sales I could find, none were under 2000 square feet. I assume there are some smaller units, though. The ground floor has parking, a garage, and additional covered space. The main living area is on the second floor. All bedrooms are on the third floor, and there are no elevators. Given their age, most units have had major renovations, and their character varies dramatically.
It appears there are 22 slips, 25 feet long. Slips are assigned. With 25 condominium units and 22 slips, someone might be left out. That said, slips are assigned, and several are empty, so you might assume there are enough slips for those who want them. The docks are a fixed height, and many slips have power lifts. Wakes may be an issue in the area.
