Pirate’s Den is a complex of 32 efficiencies, each a little under 500 square feet; all are 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The complex has 2 stories, with half of the units on the second floor. Neither of the 2 buildings in the complex has elevators. The two buildings run parallel to each other, with parking in between.
The docks are minimal but well maintained. I did not see evidence of any utilities other than water. The slips are unassigned and used on a first-come, first-served basis. They may qualify as day docks, which remains to be determined. The slips consist of a floating dock with a pile on each end serviced by a gangway. Most of the slips are doubles without the benefit of a pile between the two.
