Bent Tree Plantation is a six-unit condominium sharing a dock with 6 slips. Although this development has several multi-unit buildings, only one 6-unit building includes a boat slip. All have power lifts and appear to be 25 feet long. Owners also have access to the amenities of the larger residential neighborhood, including the clubhouse, pool, and picnic grounds.
The complex is across the intracoastal waterway from Ocean Isle Beach.
