Spinnaker Point consists of 23 parcels along Smith Creek, ten of which appear to be landlocked. Lots generally range from 0.5 to 0.75 acres. Completed waterfront homes have reached values just under $1 million at this writing.
The common docks are accessible off Lori Lane, a cul-de-sac on the north end of the subdivision. There are 10 slips with finger piers on one side and piles on the other, which appear to be 25 feet in length. There is also a dock for small boat launching.
