Browns Creek, Oriental NC, Pamlico Co

Browns Creek is a 12-parcel development on the west shore of Browns Creek, just northwest of Whortonville, NC. Whortonville is about 6 miles northeast of Oriental, North Carolina, known as the “Sailing Capital of North Carolina.” Browns Creek has a 10-slip community dock, which seems a bit odd, knowing that all but one or two of the lots in the subdivision have water access and their own docks. The community docks are basic but in good condition and should handle boats up to 35 feet. The neighborhood appears to be horse-friendly.
