Hammock Watch appears to have been platted for 18 lots. The docks were originally designed for 5 slips, but were expanded to 9. It can be hard to tell who gets a slip and who doesn't, so if you are interested in this neighbor, please clarify your rights to a slip before moving forward. Some MLS listings make no mention of docks.
