Figure Eight Harbour is a 23-unit condominium complex on the intracoastal waterway behind Figure Eight Island. Most units are 3-bedroom, 3-bath, around 1,660 square feet, with a few variations. The condos sit on a bluff overlooking the waterway, and all should have a water view. All include a separate garage on the property. The property also includes a pool and tennis court.
There are 24 slips in the marina. Approximately half of the slips have power lifts. The docks are right off the intracoastal waterway, and there is no breakwater, so wakes are an issue. That said, the docks are just beyond a bridge leading to Figure Eight Island, and most water traffic would naturally slow down in the area. The slips are 30-foot doubles with piles.
This location will put you roughly 1.8 miles south of Rich Inlet and Lea-Hutaff Island, a 4-mile-long undeveloped island. You’ll be just shy of 5 miles north of the Wrightsville Beach Bridge and several waterfront restaurants. Another 3 miles gets you to the Masonboro Inlet and blue water. South of there is Masonboro Island, a 7.5-mile-long undeveloped barrier island that can be accessed at several locations off the intracoastal waterway.
Neighborhood participation is moderate.
