Water's Edge, Oriental NC, Pamlico Co

Water’s Edge is a new development with lots starting at around 2.5 acres, with some as large as 4+ acres. Most of the lots were undeveloped at the time of this writing. The docs are in great shape but have had very little use. They are fixed-height, wood-framed, with decking material that appears to be concrete-based. Electric service is installed at the shoreline, but it does not appear to have been extended onto the docks yet. There is also little hardware, such as cleats or ladders. The slips appear to be deeded as they are part of the legal description, but that should be verified
