Hidden Harbor is a neighborhood of large, stately townhomes and free-standing houses surrounding an artificial harbor off the Trent River. A canal dug nearly a half mile inland from the Trent River provides access to the harbor. All the docks run parallel to the shore. I didn't get a close look at the individual docks, but they appear to be built and equipped to the owners' desires. It would be a quick boat ride to Old Downtown New Bern, with all its shops and restaurants.
Brices Creek Harbour is a subdivision with 64 parcels off of Brice Creek, AKA Stillwater Harbour. The community dock has 30 slips, each 30 feet long, and is very well built and equipped. Height is restricted to 15 feet because of a bridge leading to the Trent River. Great dinner-cruising stop in historic downtown New Bern.
Shine Landing is a large, mostly open, subdivision of 95 lots. All of the lots are a minimum of half an acre with a view as large as 2 acres. There 2 community marinas on the property along western edge of Dawson Creek. Dawson Creek leads to the Neuse River. However there is a bridge one must pass under to get into the Neuse. The bridge has a fixed height of 13 feet. Being on the north side of the Neuse, that height could be lessened by wind driven water. So sailboats are out unless you are willing to step the mast.
Height restrictions aside, the marinas are is well made and well equipped. The center pier is double width with a 'hog slat' surface. Slips are doubles with piles in between and partial length fingers. There are utility pedestals for ever other slip. And there's a pavilion and picnic area for relaxing.
Queen's Pointe is an exceptionally attractive condominium complex in the heart of New Bern's historic waterfront. It has a well-equipped marina on the Neuse River that can accommodate boats up to 50 feet.
Eastern Shore Townhouses is a 43-unit complex. All townhouses are 3 stories with a garage and storage on the first floor—living, dining, and kitchen areas on the second, and bedrooms on the third. None appear to be elevator-equipped. There have been 2- and 3-bedroom models listed in the MLS with variations in size from 1200 to 1645 square feet. The marina has 18 slips, and on the day inspected, only one slip was in use. The marina is very well built with wood piles and a 'hog slat' surface—up to 40-footers.
The Trent River Villas is a 3-story, 26-unit condominium complex just across the Trent River from New Bern's historic district. The complex provides 20 slips for the 26 units. Slips are 40 feet long and 12 feet wide. Basic wooden-framed, wood decking, fixed height. Great location for dinner cruises to New Bern's historic waterfront or exploring all the surrounding waterways.

Olde Towne is a 25-unit condominium complex on a point along the Trent River, which flows north into the Neuse. The marina is well equipped for boats up to 25 feet. This would be a great spot from which to cruise to New Bern's historic waterfront.
