The Moorings Condominiums is a 14-unit complex situated on Motts Channel. Their values have risen dramatically. At least 10 units have slips that accommodate a 55-footer, 2 units have 40-foot slips, and 1 has a 30-foot slip. For the offshore fisherman, that puts you minutes away from Masonboro Inlet and blue water. The back of each unit faces southwest, meaning sunsets over the water. It's about two miles from Masonboro Inlet and Masonboro Island, and beyond to the south is a 7.5-mile-long undeveloped barrier island that can be accessed in several locations off the intracoastal waterway.

Marsh Harbour Villas is a four-unit townhome complex on Harbor Island, the island which sits between the mainland and Wrightsville Beach. The complex sits at the east end of an L-shaped channel cut from Motts Channel. The Villas have a floating dock in a well-protected area. The floating dock is 75 feet long. Spaces are assigned in the MLS.
Channel Walk and Shoreline were built in several phases. The original section dates to 1972. More recent sections date to 1987. Older units have slips along Lee's Cut, while the newer units have slips in a protected harbor. These units were not designed or finished to be luxurious. They had 9-foot ceiling heights, contractor-grade finishes, and always felt a little cramped. While some remain as they were built, some interiors have been substantially modified. But they get a nice piece of real estate. The complex occupies the entire northwest corner of Harbor Island, with the intracoastal waterway to the west and Lee's Cut along the north and east sides. Lee's Cut leads to Banks Channel, which separates Harbor Island from Wrightsville Beach.
2 Marina Street Condominiums is a rare condo with an available 40-foot slip. There are two floor plans, one of each on each floor. Units A & C are 3-bedroom, 3-bath at 1,724 square feet. Each bedroom in this floor plan has an ensuite bath. Units B & D are 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1694 square feet, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms sharing a bath. The docks float inside the bulkheads. The slips are double, with piles and full fingers with corner gussets. Each slip has a dock box, and the slips share utility pedestals. The surface is wood decking and aluminum gangway. The docks are well equipped and maintained.

Cordgrass Bay is a condominium complex on the north end of Wrightsville Beach. It's been hard to get an exact number of units but approximately 60. There are building with 8 units, 4 on each floor and buildings with 6 with 3 on each floor. It appears there are 3 basic floor plans that repeat like book ends in each 6 unit building. The square footage ranges from 1280 to 1525. All are 3 bedroom, some are 2 bath and some are 3.
There are a total of 20 slips available on the docks. If a sale occurs the slip is conveyed by a certificate issued by the association. There are no finger, only piles. So boaters must board from the bow or the stern depending on how the boat is docked. The slips are 24 feet. The dock is a floating platform. Utility pedestals are shared between 4 slips. There are no dock boxes and no power lifts.
The Sunset Lagoon Condominium is a triplex with a separate unit on each floor. Each unit has its own enclosed parking area large enough for two cars. Each has its own individual elevator. All of the units have different layouts, but they’re all around 1735 square feet. The docks are fairly simple. A fixed-height pier connects to a pavilion via an aluminum gangway to a floating platform. Boats are tied off parallel to the platform on either side. Slips are unassigned.
